We don’t just want to remain the best communication provider in the Netherlands. This year, we expanded into four new countries, in addition to our existing activities in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and South Africa. And we’re not stopping here. With this international expansion, the launch of our new product for the large enterprise market, and significant steps in our product development, we’re entering a new phase. This applies to our organization and processes, as well as the development of our people.
And that’s where you come in.
Voys is made up of several core teams. You will primarily be responsible for the customer side of the organization. In this role, you’ll work on optimizing the customer experience, coordinating collaborative teams, and ensuring an efficient allocation of the budget across our international operations.
You play a crucial role in monitoring, analyzing, and improving our customer service and customer satisfaction, both in the Netherlands and in the other countries where Voys is active and will expand to.
🔎 What we are looking for in you:
You have a clear overview of processes and can immediately see how roles and/or technology can collaborate better and more efficiently to achieve optimal results.
You are accustomed to leading the daily operations within an organization and know how to translate the organizational strategy to the operational level.
Working independently on professionalization is second nature to you; international experience is a plus or a great growth opportunity.
With enthusiasm, positivity, and excellent communication, you engage your colleagues in new plans. In this way, you create support for growth, internationalization, and further professionalization of our organization.

Proven experience in leading teams of relevant size.
You can translate abstract strategies into concrete plans and know how to involve and support people in this.

You have a keen understanding of how IT can contribute to connecting people and processes.
