🕵️ This is what we are looking for, you...

Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, sociology, human-computer interaction, design, anthropology)
Have at least 3 years of experience in UX research
Have excellent communication and collaboration skills
Apply an empathetic approach to user research
Have experience with qualitative research methods, including in-depth interviews and observation
Have experience in translating qualitative insights into actionable feedback for product owners and designers
Are not afraid for the English language, as it is our default language
If you have experience working in an Agile environment, that's a plus

As our UX researcher, you will play the role of Sherlock Holmes, interrogating our users to better understand their needs and preferences. You'll sleuth for even the smallest details of their experience with our products, aiming to uncover any pain points and gaps in the customer journey.

Your conversations with users will yield valuable feedback, which you'll translate into actionable insights for our product owners and designers. You have a knack for turning qualitative feedback into concrete actions to improve our user experience.

Working with diverse cross-functional teams, you make recommendations to enhance the user experience. You're also the go-to person for our customer support colleagues when it comes to identifying opportunities for improvement in the customer experience.

As a critical thinker, you recognize biases and deal with them in a conscious and objective manner. You always stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the field of UX research to help us lead the way as true trendsetters.
