We are always looking for talented developers to work on our microservices landscape and to help us with the transition from monolith to microservice. Whether you are backend, frontend or mobile focussed, we have plenty of challenges and opportunities lying ahead.

As a developer in Voys you will be responsible for creating solutions that deliver direct customer value. You take E2E ownership of these solutions and understand that short iterations are key to creating fast feedback loops. You don’t shy away from experiments, you are comfortable making decisions and understand that making mistakes is just part of the development process.

💪 This is what you're going to do

You are going to be part of Product Development (former Spindle). Product Development is housing the development capacity of Voys and aims to build solutions that enable our end users to connect.

We organise ourselves using a system called Holacracy. The autonomy that comes with this, combined with DevOps principles like CI/CD, a large push for automation and continuous improvement, mean that you are largely in control of shaping the development experience yourself. So don’t get to hung up on the stack mentioned below. If you have great ideas, you have the possibility to implement them!

Product Development is organised in Guilds and Development Teams. The guilds are centered around a certain specialism (Backend, Frontend, UI/UX, Architecture, etc) and aim to align our way of working and tooling across Product Development. The actual work is being done in multi disciplinary Development Teams that are responsible for a certain part of our landscape.

We find the right mindset just as important as your technical abilities. We greatly value the collaboration between product, development UI/UX, architecture and infrastructure, and see it as a key factor to building great solutions.
