You are someone who takes charge and sets the lines. You dare to discuss, make choices and take responsibility. You dare to make mistakes (we all learn from that!), because you'd rather go on the record once than do nothing.

You have at least three years of work experience in data analysis
You are a critical thinker with sharp analytical skills
You are not afraid of English, as it's our work language
You underpin your strategy with data and communicate this to the organization
You know how to conduct and analyze an experiment
You find yourself in our purpose: "Increase our impact by maximizing growth and sharing stories that inspire".

Range: € 3,200 (Three years relevant work experience) - € 4,500 (More advanced colleague)

Anyway, you know better than anyone that feelings are not enough. Your input is therefore crucial to grow even faster internationally.

It will not surprise you, but you will measure, analyze and implement data. You will start experiments and projects based on data. But, you might like to see some examples of projects you can work on.

Finding the perfect marketing mix for the countries where we operate: which budget goes to which channels, in what way do we attract customers abroad?

Tailoring marketing campaigns to customer value: approaching those customers who are a good match for us not on volume, but on quality.

To work on indeed, because who knows, you may have a much better idea. Come on!
